Application Terms — Guardian SecureApp™ Product Certification Scheme

1. Submission of this application does not constitute or guarantee the grant of certification. Certification is granted only upon successful completion of the evaluation per ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and the Guardian SecureApp™ scheme (GSA-PR-01).

2. The Applicant confirms that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Material misrepresentation may lead to rejection or withdrawal of certification.

3. The Applicant agrees to provide reasonable access to systems, documentation, personnel, and test environments required for the conformity assessment, including remote/ICT-based evaluation per IAF MD 4:2025.

4. A formal quotation, scheme agreement, and applicable fees will be communicated upon initial review. Audit activities commence only after a signed agreement and payment as per agreed milestones.

5. The Applicant shall not use any UAF accreditation symbol, IAF MLA mark, or the Guardian SecureApp™ certification mark until certification is formally granted and the mark-usage agreement is signed (refer UAF-GEN-CAB-02).

6. Personal and business information submitted will be processed solely for certification administration in accordance with Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd.’s Confidentiality & Data Protection Policy.

7. Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd. maintains strict impartiality. Any conflict of interest must be disclosed and may be raised to impartiality@guardiansecureapp.com.

8. Applicants and certified clients have the right to file complaints or appeals via appeals@guardiansecureapp.com, processed per the published Complaints & Appeals Procedure.

9. Certification, once granted, is subject to surveillance audits, witness assessments, and ongoing scheme obligations as per UAF requirements.

10. This application and any resulting agreement are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
